How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all UK orders.

How long does delivery take?
We process your order within 1-2 working days and deliver it within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also view your orders in your account.

Returns

Can I return my order?
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights. UK consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return goods. See our Return & Refund Policy for conditions and return costs.

How do I start a return?
Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
For statutory cancellations, refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart. Click "View the size chart" under the sizes to see the measurements in cm or inches. The measurements are taken on the garment. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
