We want paying for your order to be secure and transparent. This policy applies to all orders placed on eleanorslane.com.
Accepted payment methods
We accept payment through PayPal. At the PayPal step you can pay with your PayPal balance or a linked bank account or card, or, where PayPal offers it, with a debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account. The payment methods available for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay, and only those methods are accepted.
We do not offer our own buy now, pay later or instalment plans. If PayPal shows you a credit or instalment option, it is provided by PayPal under PayPal's own terms.
Currency
All prices on our website and at checkout are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If your bank or card issuer uses another currency, they may apply their own exchange rate or fees, which are outside our control.
Pricing
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for your order. Standard UK delivery is free, and we do not add any extra fees at checkout or after your order.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation email straight away.
Payment authorisation
Your payment must be successfully authorised before we process your order. If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order is not completed and you are not charged.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by PayPal through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Fraud prevention
To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for security. In rare cases we may ask for additional information before processing an order. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund your payment in full.
