These Terms of Service govern your use of eleanorslane.com and purchases made through it. The website is operated by SAJET LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Eleanor Slane ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Online store terms

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to place fraudulent orders, submit false information, or interfere with its operation or security, or with other users.

Product information

We aim to show product descriptions, images, prices, colors, sizes and availability accurately. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography or small production variations. Size charts on our product pages show garment measurements.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change from time to time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors. If we find such an error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before taking any further steps, and you may cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount you paid.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of:

unavailable inventory;
a payment failure;
suspected fraud;
an obvious pricing error;
incorrect customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard shipping is free, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns and refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from delivery in addition to your statutory rights. UK consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel an online purchase, followed by 14 days to return the goods. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, comment or other content, it must be honest, lawful and your own. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, branding, graphics, design elements and images is owned by or licensed to SAJET LLC and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Third-party services

Some website functions rely on third-party providers, such as Shopify, payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by services outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the part of the United Kingdom where you live, including your statutory cancellation rights and rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
